PERSONALIZED ENDURANCE COACHING

Coaching Built Around You

Every athlete is different. Your coaching should be too.

Whether you’re preparing for your first 10K or triathlon, or pursuing a personal best at your next marathon or IRONMAN®, your coaching is shaped around your goals, your schedule and your life—and adapts as you progress.

More Than a Training Plan

A training plan tells you what was scheduled. Coaching helps determine what should happen next—when training goes well, when life becomes busy or when your body is not responding as expected.

Purposeful Planning

Every session has a reason and fits within a plan designed around your goals, experience and available training time.

Meaningful Feedback

Your completed workouts are reviewed so that training decisions are informed by more than whether a session was simply completed.

Flexible Adaptation

Training is adjusted when work, family, fatigue, illness, recovery or unexpected circumstances affect the original plan.

Ongoing Support

You have a coach who understands the wider picture, answers questions and helps you make better decisions throughout the process.

How Coaching Works

The coaching process is clear, collaborative and designed to evolve with you.

CONNECT

Free Consultation

We discuss your goals, training background, schedule, challenges and the type of support you need.

ASSESS

Onboarding and Assessment

I review your training history, current fitness and availability, assess your training zones and discuss your race calendar before building your program.

ADAPT

Train, Review and Adapt

Workouts are delivered through TrainingPeaks. Your training is reviewed, feedback is provided and the plan is adjusted as you progress.

PERFORM

Prepare and Execute

We develop your race-specific pacing, fueling, transitions and mental preparation so you arrive with a clear plan for race day.

It Doesn’t Stop at the Finish Line

Before your race, we develop a clear execution plan covering pacing, fueling and the decisions that matter on race day. Afterward, I provide a detailed post-race analysis to identify what worked, what can improve and how the experience should shape your next phase of training.

Coaching the Athlete Behind the Data

Training data matters, but it never tells the whole story. Effective coaching also considers how you are recovering, how training fits around work and family, what you are learning and how your confidence is developing.

I consciously maintain a manageable athlete roster so I can provide direct communication, consistent feedback and genuine individual attention. I want to understand the athlete behind the numbers—not simply deliver workouts.

This coaching may be right for you if:

  • You want structure without relying on a generic plan.

  • You are prepared to train consistently and communicate honestly.

  • You value feedback, accountability and ongoing adjustments.

  • You need training to work around employment, family and other responsibilities.

  • You want to understand your training, not simply complete it.

Coaching is delivered directly by Georgios Kouinis — TrainingPeaks Level 2 Accredited Coach, Triathlon Canada NCCP Community Trained Coach and ESCI Certified Endurance Coach.
