FAQ

Your Questions, Answered

How often do we communicate?

As often as needed. Every completed workout is reviewed with personalized feedback in TrainingPeaks, and I'm always available to answer questions, discuss your training, or adjust your plan as life happens.

Can coaching fit around a busy job and family?

Yes—this is one of the most common situations athletes are in. Programs are designed around your available training time, not the other way around. Consistency within realistic constraints produces far better results than an ambitious plan that falls apart after two weeks.

How does online coaching work?

All coaching is delivered through TrainingPeaks, where you'll receive a personalized training plan tailored to your goals and schedule. Every completed workout is reviewed with personalized feedback, allowing your training to evolve based on your performance, recovery, and day-to-day life. Communication happens through TrainingPeaks, and I'm always available to answer questions or make adjustments whenever needed.

What race distances do you coach?

Sprint, Olympic, 70.3, and full IRONMAN® distances. Coaching is also available for runners transitioning into triathlon and endurance athletes who are not currently targeting a specific race but want structured, purposeful training.

How do I get started?

Book a free consultation. It's a straightforward conversation about your goals, your experience, and whether coaching is the right fit. There's no obligation and no sales pitch—just an honest discussion about what working together could look like.

Do I need a power meter?

A power meter is not required to get started. Many athletes train effectively using heart rate and perceived effort. If you already have one, it will be used to its full potential. If not, we can discuss whether it makes sense for your goals down the line.

Do you coach beginners?

Absolutely. Working with athletes who are new to triathlon is one of the most rewarding parts of coaching. If you're taking on your first Sprint or Olympic distance race, the program will be built around your current fitness and experience—not someone else's.

Do you coach internationally?

Yes. Coaching is delivered entirely online through TrainingPeaks, which means location is not a barrier. Athletes are currently coached across multiple countries. Coaching is available in both English and Greek.
